When the City of Lacy Lakeview gave me the assignment of upkeep of our city web page, I honestly had no working experience on web page design and maintenance. Carla Pendergraft and I have been friends for many years, so I asked for her assistance. She was more than willing to help. The training she provided was at my level, was provided at my office, and on my desktop. Throughout this assignment, whenever I have had any problem(s), I can call her and she will walk me through to the solution.
