About Us

Carla Pendergraft Associates is an award-winning Web design company based in Waco, Texas. I have been working with HTML and web pages since 1998 and I have 16 years of experience with marketing, promotions and technology. I started the company in February, 2000.

I obtained an MBA degree from Texas State University in 1987 and graduated with a BA in 1981 from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

I use Photoshop and a text editor for most of my work. Code done by hand is elegant, clean, and, yes, old fashioned.

Awards and Honors

In May, 2007, an article I wrote entitled, "Five Important Technologies for Festivals and Events" was published in ie, International Festival and Events Association's international magazine.

I was honored to condust an all-day training seminar for festival and event webmasters at the International Festivals and Events convention in Ottawa, Canada (October, 2006). I speak relatively often around the state of Texas, for various audiences such as economic development professionals, festival and event managers, chambers of commerce, and so on.

Carla Pendergraft Associates was named "Best Web Development Consulting Firm" by the Waco Ad Club for four years, from 2004-2007.

I have been chairman of the Texas State Technical College Webmaster Technology Advisory Committee since 2006.
