        1.期刊簡介 
            《肉類工業》1980創刊,由全國肉類工業科技情報中心站編輯、出版,并向國內外公開發行。 《肉類工業》屬于技術類專業科技期刊,1992年評為中文核心期刊。是國家科技部中國科技論文統計源期刊(即中國科技核心期刊) 、中國期刊全文數據庫全文收錄期刊、中國科學引文數據庫、中國學術期刊綜合評價數據庫來源期刊。

            主要報道國內外肉類工業科技水平和發展動態;原料肉與肉制品的初級和深度加工、 肉制品產品配方、工藝流程及新產品開發、肉類冷藏加工技術;副產品、油脂、血的加工、綜合 利用和動物飼料加工;速凍方便食品及冷凍、冷藏食品的加工技術及設備應用;食品衛生、質量、 安全、環保、節能、污水處理等技術與經驗;肉類加工企業的設計、建筑、工藝、操作技術,機械 設備的設計、革新、使用、維修和保養等經驗及新設備的引進、消化吸收和國產化研究;名優新特 產品介紹,科普知識等。主要為肉類加工行業科技人員、各級管理人員以及相關部門介紹并提供國 內外肉類加工行業科研、加工技術、生產經營管理等方面的最新信息,為肉類加工行業現代化建設服務。

           2020年中國學術期刊影響因子年報統計結果表明,《肉類工業》期刊影響因子和下載量顯著上升。其中:《肉類工業》復合影響因子為0.626,與上年相比增加0.207,增幅為49.4%;綜合影響因子0.509為0.273,與上年相比增加0.236,增幅為86.4%;基金論文比0.41,與上年相比增加0.10,增幅為32.2%;WEB下載量10.64萬次,比上年相比增加的2.42萬次,增幅為29.4%。

         

        About Meat Industry:
        Meat Industry founded in 1980, was edited and published by National Meat Industry Science and Technology Information Center Station and issued at home and abroad in public. Meat Industry belonged to technology professional journals of science and technology and was selected as the Chinese core journal in 1992. It is the source journal of Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (Chinese core journals of Science and Technology), full-text records journal of China Academic Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Science Citation Database and Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database.
         
        It mainly reports the technological level and development of domestic and foreign meat industry; primary and deep processing of raw meat and meat products, meat product formula, processing technology, development of new products, frozen meat processing technology; processing and comprehensive utilization of by-products, grease and blood and animal feed processing; processing technology and equipment applications of frozen convenience foods and freezing and refrigerating food; technology and experience of food hygiene, quality, safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, waste water treatment, etc.; the design, construction, technology and operation technology of meat processing enterprises, machinery and equipments design, innovation, use, repair and maintenance experience and new equipments’ introduction, digestion and absorption and localization studies; the introduction and popular science knowledge of famous new special products. It mainly introduces and provides the latest information on scientific research, processing technology and production management and other aspects of the meat processing industry at home and abroad for meat processing industry science and technology personnel, managers at all levels and relevant departments, and serves the meat processing industry modernization.
         
        Meat Industry’s readership are: meat slaughter enterprise, meat deep processing companies, meat-related businesses, meat research institutions, food colleges in universities and meat-related libraries.         In 2013, the latest statistics of Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Citation annual report / Tsinghua University and Chinese Science and Technology Paper and Citation Database (CSTPCD) showed that the number of citations of Meat Industry increased than last year. Meat Industry composite impact factor of 0.437 compared with 0.365 last year increased slightly (0.072). Among similar national meat industry journals, its number of citations ranked first, comprehensive impact factor ranked second and the composite impact factor ranked second.
